French Military Researcher required

Hi All, 

 

Not sure if this is a long shot or not, but does anybody know of any military researchers in France? I am after a record which is located in Caen but I cant really translate the website properly to see how to access it!

 

Would appreciate any help!

I see, not available online.

 

If I read the site correctly, they will copy documents, but the delay is about 12 weeks.
