Avitas Posted May 3, 2006 Share Posted May 3, 2006 Hi there,I have has this RAD women's long service medal since the beginning of my collecting days, and was wondering about its originality. The ribbon that came with it appears to be a faded west wall ribbon (non-glowing), so this brought questions. I read somewhere that the swaz is supposed to be painted black, and mine does not look like it had any black paint. Any other advice is also welcome, if there are more details to compare, maybe post an original for me to check details.
