Is the Medal of foreign affairs searchable?

Good evening everyone,

 

I am looking for some information on the French medal of foreign affairs (Médaille d'honneur des affaires étrangères).

 

My question would be, is it searchable? I have a medal awarded to a Yugoslav major (at the time of the award) during President Rene Coty. I have been looking through the 1954.-1959. Bulletin officiel des décorations, médailles et récompenses but i do not see any awards of this medal or awards of the French foreign ministry in the bulletins? Was this medal published somewhere else? Is it searchable at all?

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
