No one Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 Dear Gentlemen, The earlier I saw "The Seal of Honor" is on an award document dated the 6th year of the ROC (1917). There is another seal, "The Great Presidential Seal", this one is on an award document dated the 3rd year (1914) of the ROC. It was one of the two seals initially used by the Beiyang Government. So the seal was changed between 1914 and 1917. Yours sincerely, No one
