It is used for stamping medal certificates, citations, commendatory plaques, and other such items. No one Posted January 13 Author Share Posted January 13 Dear Gentlemen, The earlier I saw "The Seal of Honor" is on an award document dated the 6th year of the ROC (1917). There is another seal, "The Great Presidential Seal", this one is on an award document dated the 3rd year (1914) of the ROC. It was one of the two seals initially used by the Beiyang Government.
