Inquiry about the Order of the Two Rivers

Hello, I have a question about the Iraqi Order of the two rivers. this is a commander's grade, a civilian division with box. What do you think. Is the £500 price good?

For £500 you should get a nice undamaged one and in a case.

The example you show has bent finials and damaged / missing enamel on the ends of the arms on both the obverse and reverse. There also appears to be a chip on the central white enamel on the obverse.

I would leave this one alone.
