It is without a doubt a fake. Dead giveaway is the eyelet, soldered with black solder and "standing" on the solder. Also the way its cut is wrong. The hammer and sickle is also way of.

The obverse of this medal looks like it is based on the ‘Voenkomat’ variant of the medals. But advertised as the war variant.
