gjw Posted July 16 Posted July 16 Got this one today. Maybe not unusual, but different 1300th Anniversary Of Bulgaria. Established on 12/16/2982 This version was intended for Foreigners. Stay well my friends Greg 1
steveBobby Posted July 17 Posted July 17 Greeting Greg! For this special medal there is a special flannel box. And I think they are usually awarded to recipients who are not from European socialist countries. Yours Steve To support my argument, I have chosen to cite two photographs from an exhibition of orders and medals received by Lieutenant General Paul Kielenberg of the German Democratic Republic. You can see that the "foreigner" received an orange velvet box and a pentagonal medal. 1
