NCO/Enlisted Military Service Decoration - Need Help

Hey all, I'm trying to get the straight story on a couple of these decorations.

 

I have a 12 and 6 year cross with a wreath around the center disk.

 

I've read (can't remember where) that the wreathed Crosses were for veterans.

 

I know the 1867-1869 12 year cross had the wreath.

 

So....my esteemed friends, what's the skinny on the wreathed Crosses?

Hey Tony, it was the Long Service Cross.  I was on vacation and was updating my cataloging. But didn't bring any reference books.  Just thought I'd ask so I could update that file.

 

I did get the info when I got home.
