Can You ID These 2 Ribbons?

I got these two ribbons in a large lot of US and European ribbon stripes. I was able to ID all but these. Does anyone know what awards and countries these ribbons represent? Thanks!

Hello,

 

The Second ribbon might be the Romanian Flying Bravery Order (Ordin Virtutea Aeronautica). But I am not 100 % sure.
