Slovakian pin?

Hello gentlemen,

 

recently I was able to to purchace a mixed lot of awards at an auction house.

 

Among other things pin was there too. What was it given for?

 

Unfortunately I can´t identify the inscription.

Yes, Czechoslovakia. On the front, “I Am Ready”, and on the back, I think it is “Ministry of National Defence” (MNO) followed by something which translates differently from Czech and Slovak to English. But it is probably “Youth Military Fitness Competition”
