In the battle for the city of Oradia Mare on 11.10.1944, Comrade Kholodov commanded two units in battle, as a result of skillfully bypassing the enemy trenches, they destroyed up to 40 enemies and 4 enemy firing points. In the battle for the city of Nagy-Kalo on 24.10.1944 and 25.10.1944, by his personal example, he inspired the personnel during the repelling of German counterattacks. In one battle, up to 70 enemies, 2 firing points and a self-propelled gun were destroyed. But Kholodov is mentioned.
