Crown Heads Cipher on weapon handle ?

Gentlemen, Will you please help me with these royal ciphers? The middle one looks like Otto of Bavaria but the others I am not sure.

Kaiser Wilhelm I, Koenigen Olga, Frederick the Great. I have NEVER seen more than one cipher on the grip of a weapon and this looks very odd. Why the mystery? Can you post the rest of the item?
