How'd I do, with no pictorial clue?

"Horizontally extended silver-plated oxydized wings superimposed on gold crossed swords. In the center of which is superimposed a shield of coat-of-arms form with blue edges and with gold portrayal of Saint George the Victorious, displayed in proper heraldic aspect. Badge crowned with a silver-plated double-headed eagle, holding in claws crossed fan-wise a propellor and sword. For issued badges, fastened in the same way as the previous."
