I would like to wish a Happy Bastille Day to all of our French members. The day commemorates the 1789 storming of the former Bastille prison in Paris by angry crowds, sparking the revolution that brought an end to the monarchy in France.

And from 1804 they got 2 emperors, and 3 kings until 1870 when they became a republique until now

1804-1815 Napoleon I

1815-1830 King Louis XVIII and Charles X

1830-1848 King Louis-Philippe

1852-1870 Napoleon II

In fact, from 1852 to 1870, it was Napoleon III who was Emperor. But, before, from 1848 to 1852, he was the first elected President of the Second Republic.

Napoleon II is the name given to the son of Napoleon Bonaparte, the King of Rome, who died in 1832 in Vienna.
