.Signature is wrong I'm afraid. From July 1942 to the end of the war, FdU West was Hans-Rudolf R?sing.

I can't see anything that looks remotely like this signature in the Kriegsmarine rank lists for Kapit?n zur See or above.

Many thanks . I was very distrustful about the signature , I haven't ever seen UBoot documents with this signature .

Hi Giorgio,

Don't know if the document itself is original, but the Kriegsmarine document stamp is a fake (also for sale on ebay, militaria321 and epier !!!, wrong lettertype - and fantasy piece), signature is a fake too.

Maybe you can also reply to your other uboatdocument-postings on this site, where answers are given on your questions.
