leigh kitchen Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 The suspension - is that a stylised fleur de lys? If not, it's a missed opportunity for additional symbolism.....
Guest Darrell Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 8. Canadian Police Exemplary Service Medal and Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police Long Service Medal - Attributed to Robert M. Fralick.Managed to snag this set off ebay. An elderly gentleman (formerly high ranking Police Officer in Ontario) who is 77 and no family members wanted his medals so he sold them. Sad that no family members want them. He started his career in the Police Force in 1958. Retired in 1992.The first medal is the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police Long Service Medal which is an obsolete unoficial medal created until the Exemplary Police Medal was created in 1982.Both cased and have that great look.A.
