Nassauers at Waterloo / Waterloo Medal
Scouse WW1 Medal Man replied to saxcob's topic in Napoleonic Wars
I've just bought the Waterloo Nassau 1815 Medal but was wondering of the 3k Nassau troops involved, why was the medal awarded about 7.5k times as mentioned here: http://www.ehrenzeichen-orden.de/deutsche-staaten/waterloo-medaille-in-silber.html? Thanks Lance -
Just waiting for the delivery of my bronze Friedrich-Bathildis-Medaille to arrive, not sure which one. Also, I have the Waldeck und Pyrmont Silberne Verdienstmedaille mit Schwertern 1915-1918 as well.
