That photo is the only evidence of that man in addition to his Chinese name which doesn't help in the search. This man worked in one of the tank construction plants in the People's Republic of China in late 1950s-early 1960s. He lived with a Chinese woman. Their son was born shortly after this man had to leave China in 1962 because of worsened political ties between USSR and PRC. Now his son is looking for his father or any of his relatives. He has no clue where exactly his father came from - from USSR, from Albania or from any other Soviet country at that time. He has no clue if his father had to leave China in 1962 because of worsened relations between the countries or because of normal rotation of specialists. All the documents of that time in the plant his father worked are still secreted. He has only this picture and his strange Chinese name which means nothing.
