Was going to send this to Williamson or von Bredow direct, but that has proved impossible. Anyway, according to Bredow's list, he does not have this badge recorded. It came with a group bought from Niemann including Silver and Bronze Sub Bars, EK2, etc. For all to use, please see if the info can get to those who can best use it. Oh well, apparently can't upload the photos here. If someone would be so kind as to tell me what to do (the system says the file is too big, but it is the normal size I use on my website, about 600x600pixels at 72ppi) or how to get in touch with Williamson.
