Finally, after long-standing waiting period I have succeeded in getting a rather early EK II of 1870/71 for less than 200 euro (from Ebay).
This was my limit what I wanted to spend on such a piece. The trade prices from partial more than 400 euro I was not ready to invest. Unfortunately, these chances become rarer and rarer.
It weighs 17.4 gr and misses 41.8 mm over the cross arms. The tape ring has a diameter of 16.4 mm.
No manufacturer's marks.
It is in a good preservation and shows minimal wear tracks. The frame is closed round-around and soldered substantially. The magnetic iron core is poured, like in this quality commonly, in detail.
The black color is rubbed off only on the raised surfaces a little bit. From design, quality and appearance for me a definite, contemporary piece which complements my documents in addition in the best way.

I think some of the rarest award of the DDR was the "Grosser Stern der Voelkerfreundschaft".

#9 is a 1997 Oder Flood Medal. I have no idea what the "5" is supposed to mean.
I think it is the ribbon "Berner Marsch"- Medal with repetition number 5.
