It looks like in addition to this basic badge Manchukuo had association of wounded soldiers that issued its own badges.
Here we have very interesting example of such badge.
It has number 2046 on reverse and inscribed 滿洲傷痍軍人會 – Manchukuo Association of Wounded Soldiers and under the pin ?員章 – ? member badge
