Established in April 1937 in the development of character sketch involved VV Kandinsky. The first edition - 300 silver marks - was made in the workshops of Osoaviahima in October 1938 Extra edition 150 characters was made at the Leningrad Mint in May 1941 of red brass with gold and bronze. This badge was awarded mostly Stakhanovites production, as well as some scientists and artists of the Yakut ASSR, all was 447 awards. This exact badge was bestowed to my grand father.© Roman Alexandrov
