    1. Hi there, interesting subject ... Just onr question..As i have in the last couple of months staeted collecting N.S.Frauenschaft and Fraunwerk badges I would be interested to know if there are any examples of stickpins for my new area of collecting..(I suspect I may be making a rod for my own back by asking as Im only just getting my head around all the varieties of badges and makers available to me)...Chris
    2. And now for the second one..purchased from the same dealer as the first...priced up at £30 each and got for £25 each,...this one is the 23mm variety with a rzm mark m1/128..I dont know how common thses badges are but there were only three on offer today and I bought two.. All comments and advice welcomed...I have also recently purchased a N.S. Frauenschaft song book for under £5..
    3. Ok as promised here is the first of todays purchases, (from the militaria fair at the three counties showground, malvern). I paid a little more for this one than I did the other two.£25. But these were the only two reasonably priced examples. The only other one was priced at £65 but could have had for £50, (too much for me as I'm collecting on a budget). It is the 32mm variety with rzm mark m1/72.
    4. Just a note concerning this. The two already posted are the 32mm variety...Please see next couple of posts for todays purchase :D
    5. I am starting along that road yes....and when I have got my head around how many makers there are I will start buying other Frau badges as and when they come along at a reasonable price...keep eye open for todays purchases ;)
    6. Hi there, Just an update with my latest purchase for £13....It looks worse in the photo than it actually is..the enamel somewhat pitted....hope to get at least one or two more on sunday at the militaria fair at the three counties showground , malvern......watch this space...
    7. Oh... thats rather interesting ...So it is German? but what of its age? ...does it have any value? kind regards chris
    8. Well I joined here back here in february when I bought a vase and was pondering which direction my new collection would take,(http://gmic.co.uk/in...haft-porcelain/) ...well here goes...first of many many badges to come...I paid £18 for this today..is that about right? I believe maker to be Karl Wurster. All comments and advice welcome and I'm also in the market for related items ;)
    9. Hi there, An acquaintance of mine who is also a collector of mainly british medals, but also sells various other bits and bobs has this medal for sale. I think it looks like something that comes from one of the german states but in truth have no idea and for all I know could even be a "fantasy" medal. It is as it came to him with the ribbon from a Mothers Cross on it. The blue enamel is good and has some depth to it . Any help would be appreciated.. Also if it is real would it be worth spending £20 on?
    10. Hi there, until recently I was collecting K98 combat bayonets, but due to having no where to display my small but perfectly formed collection I decided to sell up....My problem is that I like to collect and I saw this vase recently for sale...so here starts a new collection..I'm not sure where it will take me.... let me know what you guys think..any comments and advice eagerly sought ..Chris
