Sweat diamond looks a bit thick and sweatband is not off center. Is it safe to say no good based on those photos?? I've never known him to sell a good one so why start now : ) Ron

Impossible to say with this pictures, others are necessary for a definitive opinion.

Like all the dealers, Helmut Weitze don't know all the items that he sell, and can do errors. So, your comment is not justified, he sold some good KM caps and stuff in the past.

Now, you are the potential buyer, you need to have the knowledge for buying or not an item. If you don't know, ask all informations and pictures possibles to the seller, and ask here a neutral comment (without name).

As Gordon say the gold piping join are to the side not at the centre rear, the eagle is not one for officer, I have never seen a officer KM bordm?tze with a sweatband and the general making is not very pleasant.

Definitively not a regular KM officer side cap.

Once again, be carefull with the KM visor cap.

Wreath and cocarde are fake, and the visor is an early bund.
