Hi, Not sure where to put this. Just recovered my account and pretty new to this forum. I am curious to know if any of you fellas could help me search for reliable dealers in WW1 and WW2 German militaria. I have 8 WW1 medal bars and I want to expand my WW1 collection along with expanding into WW2 medal bars. Do you guys know any reliable dealers? Thanks! -Nick

I bought this medal a few months ago and I have always wondered wether or not it was real or a good replica. It shows age with tarnish, it has no magnetic heart and no maker markings, on the sides it shows some lines all the way around (perhaps a ceramic technique). The outside is not silver and obviously the center is not Iron. Perhaps Navy/Marine manufacture and not issued? I have a feeling it is fake. I am not able to post pictures at the time.
