    1. Hi friends,

now I believe, I found out the name of my little africa medalbar. :jumping:

Dr. med. Werner Alborus von Raven, Regierungsarzt in Togo.

Griffin Order Knight cross with the crown 31.01.1909

Africa medal Adolf Friedrich Duce to Mecklenburg 1908 Expedition ??.12.1909

      last order: no information

      Can somebody confirm my suspicion?

    2. Both ribons are for long service crosses. This is not according the rules, but it's sometimes happens.

One possibility is also long service cross and Landwehr service medal.

I think, at the moment we have no chance to find out a name. I will see and try my best.

Some Soldiers from the Gro?herzoglich Mecklenburgischen Grenadier-Regiment No.89 are awarded with medals from Denmark...

    3. Hello Guys,

the biggest part to bring all awardrolls in my laptop is already done. I wrote together with my wife a form with all decorations from Mecklenburg-Schwerin inside. Now I can check out very easy for identification, then you have a medalbar with minimum 2, better 3 or more decorations from Mecklenburg-Schwerin.

This is the reason why I find out a name for some medalbars in my own collection and for some friends in germany. :jumping:

    4. Today I will show you an interesting medalbar from Mecklenburg-Schwerin.

      1. Griffin Order with the crown, Mecklenburg-Schwerin

      2. Africa medal Adolf Friedrich Duce to Mecklenburg 1908 Expedition, Mecklenburg-Schwerin

      3. Order of the Crown, Belgium

The Africa medal is one of the rarest medal from the grandduchy Mecklenburg-Schwerin.

Interesting is also the ribbon style. It's looks a little bit russian.

    5. Today I will show you one of my nicest non-combatant medalbars from Mecklenburg-Schwerin.

      1. Eisernes Kreuz 2nd class 1914 for Non-Combatants, Prussia

      2. Milit?rverdienstkreuz 2nd class 1914 for Non-Combatants, Mecklenburg-Schwerin

      3. Kriegshilfekreuz, Prussia

      4. Ged?chtnismedaille Grand-Duke Friedrich-Franz III 1897., Mecklenburg-Schwerin

      5. Kriegervereinsmedaille 1899, Mecklenburg-Schwerin

This kind of medalbar is very rar and I hope I can find out a name.
