At first the 1st class is one of the rarest Award from Mecklenburg-Schwerin overall!
And the evidence is the needle system, because this one here is from much later time period.
The original needle system was made by IRON and very thin!!!

After rechecking my Griffin Rolls I found one possible Lieutenant. Served in the Garde-Kürassier-Regiment in 1904. His name is Bredow, Leopold Waldemar von.
He got the PrKO4, MecklGO3, SchwedSO3a.
This means I found 3 of 4!!! Only the Friedrichs-Order I can't find.
Regards from Hongkong

He was born in 1875. According to my rolls his Griffin Order came never back to Schwerin...

I was checking the Griffin Order rolls. Here is no enties regarding a Lieutenant or higher rank who received the knight cross during service in the Füsilier Regt. Königin Victoria von Schweden.
Maybe this guy transfered to this regiment after receiving this order during service in an other regiment. So far no match.

What's missing?
A NEW HOME in Germany (in my own Collection)!!!
I guess here is a Swedish Order of the Sword missing. An Austian Order of the Iron Crown is also possible. Brunswik is almost impossible.
If you want to sell the bar...

Seeheld -are you in Tsingtao again? Can you take some photos? Is anything recognizable from 100 years ago?
BTW: do they even have a museum there regarding the days when it was a German outpost?
Hi,
yes I'm again in Tsingtao. But my camera is broken and I will leave this city in a few hours.
Untill now I was not able to find a museum regarding the german time.
But in Tsingtao (Qing Dao) exist a german quarter with many old german buildings.

I have some German handwritten entries that are giving me trouble. Any help would be appreciated.
1. This looks like Unterarzt Thilo Capellen, but the name sounds odd.
2. Albert? Albus? ?
Capellen, Thilo - Unterarzt
Schupp, Albert - Feldwebelleutnant

The 1st class mecklenburg-Stelitz cross with "Fuer Tapferkeit" was awarded ONLY 21 times from 1915-1923...
This is a mistake done by my good friend Peter-Ohm.
Much, much more as 21 1st classes are arwarded...

I'm really deep impressed. Specially about the mecklenburgian bars. It's should be not so difficult to identify the former wearer.
Unfortunately I'm at the moment not at home and have no possibilitys to search in my list.

wow! Are you sure 14? I thought some of those had EK2s as well.
I'm not yet finish with checking the EK2. But still more than 7 left with the same combination. Not every mecklenburgian soldier got a EK2...

Who may help me to identificate the decorations and which rank got the owner?
I guess to find a name is impossible?
Who can tell me how many Euros are possible if I'm selling this bar.
I do not like ebay...
Thank you and best regards
