MY GRANDFATHER SIHAT TOZAJ WAS PARTISAN IN WW2. HE RECEIVED MANY AWARDS TILL HE RETIRED IN 1991, WHEN THE COMMUNISM REGIME WAS DOWN, DESTROYED. FROM 1981 TO 1991 HE WAS SECRETARY IN THE "PRESIDIUMI I KUVENDIT POPULLOR". IN THE LEFT SIDE OF PHOTO IS HIS SIGN.
