Hi Albert,
Yes, it could have been a pillow used for a funeral... but I don't have any proof of that. Unfortunately I don't have the name of this soldier... and there's no way to tell, I am afraid.

I forgot to say that I also found a pubic hair in box... maybe the recipient was enjoying watching his medal bar playing with his family juwels (Billard spielen in German...)
It could have tested for DNA research...

Dear Forumites,
I'd like to show my last purchase (some of you already certainly saw it before
). It's an immaculate Godet bar, without the typical label and grey fabric backing, but nonetheless 100% Godet made, since it comes with the dealer box (white) and the miniatures with the label on the button.

@ Komtur: you are probably right... Yes, without any rolls available of the medals displayed in Kohlhauer's medal bar is pretty impossible to confirm his name and data.
