I have managed to find some information and pictures after hours worth of research on Bulgarian sites.
The badge actually wasn't worn on the sleeve and it's an actual award making it unique in Bulgarian award system since it's not a medal or an order which was worn in the manner we all know. They started awarding these to every soldier of the 1st Bulgarian Army in March/April 1945 when the Army was still fighting in Hungary. The badge was worn on tunic's right pocket and it was sewn so it was even worn in combat. It was authorised for wear along the regular medals and orders.

I've tried to take pictures of all three classes together for size comparison but the Great Star always ends up looking bigger because of extra rays although the size is actually the same.

For years I was just an observer of Finnish awards. I've always liked the Cross of Liberty for its beautiful design and great quality. I've finally got my first 1941 example of the 4th class and now that I finally have it in hands, I have to say it's even more beautiful.
Here's my humble contribution to the thread.

Such a nice group of awards. Could you possibly write the names of the medals? All I know is that these are Italian.

A Soviet variant or am I mistaken?
It's a Yugoslav made type produced by IKOM if I'm not mistaken.

Yugoslav Lt.Colonel-General's award group
in Southern European & Balkan States
Posted · Edited by BalkanCollector
I've seen someone selling a huge group of medals, orders, plaques and other items which belonged to Lieutenant Colonel-General of the Yugoslav People's Army. The general was born in 1916 in Široki Brijeg and by the end of WW2 he held a rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Unfortunately, the name is kept secret.
I don't know if there's an auction somewhere online. I've seen this wonderful group on facebook and the seller claims he won't separate the group.
There's around fifty pictures so I'll post them all eventually.
First thing I'd like to post is "Partizanska spomenica 1941." (Commemorative Medal of the Partisans of 1941). Amazing complete set with booklet and box.
