What is the weird little finger of the hand holding the flower on these Orders?
Every time I see an image of these awards my eyes go to that finger. So weird. IMHO
I don't know if that finger is supposed to point out the femininity of the hand but it does look rather strange.

Document summary:
Recipient is sergeant Milan Ž. Mijatov
He was awarded with an Order of Bravery number 50,587 on 11th of August 1947.
Suspension translation:
First row: Mijatović Milan (seems like an extended name of the name on the document, or should I say, the name on the document is shortened)
Second row: Perica Lalić (another name, although I don't know why is there another, different name here)
Third row: "p.poručnik rođ." (short for "potporučnik rođen" which means "2nd lieutenant born")
Fourth row: 1st August 1925 Melenci (his date of birth and Melenci being his birth place)
Melenci is a village located in Serbia, region of Vojvodina to be more precise.
Hendrik, nice set by the way! Can you post a photo of the medal including reverse? We don't see many medals with it's original document and matching serial numbers.
By the way, I've never seen an engraved suspension before. It kinda adds a spice to the item and gives more information on a recipient. All in all, I really like it!

My Partisan theme display, just finished today. I added the cap star just to round out the collection. And it somewhat resembles the Partisan Stars, especially in size.
Nice display!
I have few of those cap and visor hat stars. They seem to be very good quality and the enamel looks even better than IKOM's Partisan Stars' one in my opinion.
