Balkan, I agree with you about any form of compulsory subscriptions, I am anti ads, as I feel that advertisers have taken over control of the internet and what you see is often what they want you to see. I am afraid advertisers want more than money, they want influence.
I cannot agree more about the advertisers, that's why I have ad blocker and my current blocked ads counter says it blocked 1,231,066 ads since 2016 and I remember having over two million ads blocked on my previous computer. Also, I was watching some hour long documentary on youtube and by the end of it, the blocked ads counter for that video alone was about a 1,000. It's mind boggling how much of this crap you get served online. That being said, I wouldn't mind getting these ads if it's going to a good cause such as keeping GMIC running. Of course, if most of others agree but I'm sure Nick will find better and most suitable solution.

I'm against the paying for membership option if that means people could see information and posts from this forum only if they are members. GMIC has been open source for as long as I'm using it and I think it should stay that way.
BlackcowboyBS' idea about promotors seem like a good idea to me. I'm sure some people would pay for that kind of stuff. Also, I think ads would be a great way to generate some money, even the random ads you can see at various sites. I wouldn't mind turning off my ad blocker for GMIC to turn some profit.

Bulgarian medal of the 9th Division. This division was from Pleven if I'm not mistaken.
It says "9th Divison" at the top of the medal and the rest of the text are geographical locations (cities, towns and mountains) as follows: Glogovica, Drljnova Glava (this one was probably misspelled), Niš, Zlata, Vulino Brdo and Priština. Obviously, the year 1915 is easily visible. I guess this division fought battles near these locations during that year.

a certain lady named MILYA VYSKOVICH, a forwarding driver (directing cars) from the city of Moravice
Wrong.
Mile L. Vučković (read Vuchkovich), a MAN, not lady.
Mašinovođa - a train driver.
Srpske Moravice (today Moravice), a small settlement in Gorski Kotar region of Croatia.0 -
These badges are truly remarkable. Amazing quality!

I have a PS 2nd class awarded to an officer from Croatia and the number is in the #2,400 range. I also have a PS 2nd class in a #900 range which I'm sure was awarded beacuse of the signs of wear but I sadly don't know the recipient. The highest number I've seen with a document was in the #4,200 range.
Regarding your question, I'm not familiar with any literature regarding the serial numbers and I'm afraid we may never get an answer to it. Maybe one day if the Belgrade archives opened to public and we could research orders and medals by their serial numbers like you can research Soviet awards.

I would say this is also a ribbon bar of Branko Mamula, but the latest one, as he recived Order of the Hero of Socialist Labour in 1985 and a combination of these medals is very rare.
Thank you for the input and for showing your amazing collection!

According to the Policy of the Order of Croatian Interlace from October 6th 2000, the order is made from .999 silver with some gilt and enameled parts. As for the price, sets like the one you've shown have been sold for as little as 65€ and as much as 135€.
