Anyway, my question is, what was the criteria for this award (to include the crown device) and was this award given according to the individuals rank? Was this also a progressive award like the EK?     10. Hi, hope this is the correct forum! Anyway, I was wondering were the Diamond grade War Badges (U- Boat, S-Boat, etc) fall into play with regards to order of precedence. Do these badges "outrank" say the German Cross (in Gold), Roll of Honor Clasps of even the Knights Cross? I know that they are worn above the EKI, but what about other decortaions? I guess, just were do they "fit in"? Thanks so much!!!! Greg

    15. Hi all, as a Retired member of the US Army, I have no time for these people what so ever!!! I've known a few like him (not as bad) in my 23 years in the army and they should get the max fine/sentence IMHO. Take care! Greg
