I have not been posting as I have had nothing significant to report. No new toys or ones bought from the forum so nothing new to you. I have not been out hunting for items for a while and thought it was about time. I think I did OK. No Generals ribbon bars but a bunch of stuff. I could have brought home a car load but I have to stay somewhat focused. I say focused in a very loose manner as you will see.

The blonde in the first picture looks a little like some pictures of my Grandma from that time of her life. Here is the man himself. Russell Bower. I really miss him - He was a great influence on my life.

Here are some pictures from my Grandfathers album. He served in the AAF in Panama and the Galapagos. I hope that they do not offend as they are great examples from the era.

I know someone that got in trouble for photographing the current collection of VC's at the IWM . I only needed a few more to get them all. If you have not been there it is really something to see. Adding this collection will make it amazing.

Well sir, unfortunately mine is empty so I have no idea. I know this is a game to show the case and medal but I just have the case. Yours is the same and I figured if it is Hannover you would be the guy. I have a silver from Lippe on a bar and I will try that in the case sometime.

Here is a case from Hannover. I would guess this is for a verdienstmedaille in gold from Hannover. It is for a round medal of about 28 to 30 mm. Wildcard - do you have one of these?
