Although I have learned NOT to expect less information, I still am always boggled when I get so much down to address and proffession!
Although it is claimed this is done with "books" I have to wonder which witch books we are talking about!
Thanks guys!!
I thought the engraving looked very period but that is just an uneducated hunch going by what other engravings have been "deemed" good in the past in various places. I am tempted to buy it.

Jacques has those priced fairly, not to worry. I have also been considering those documents but I just made a few large purchases.

Hello Sal,
Isn't this much to do about nothing?!! They haven't eliminated the SWC section. I just don't see the problem.
Doc
Are you trying to take away all my fun Doc? I am never quite as "Sal" as when I have something to complain about!

For me yes !
Look at the eagles' design; very far from what we used to see on a Juncker
Pebbling of the cross.
maker's Mark
swords grips
All these parts don't match

I like it. I bet there is an interesting story if only the cross could talk

The l/66 is the one on the far right I assume?

I was Jacques, but I am not sure which of his photos accuratly represents the TRUE color of his cross?

Very odd the way the swords are cut but I can't see any advantage to faking that. Very interesting indeed!

Hard to tell because the color varies from photo to photo, but it looks good to me. If a photo was posted that the owner feels best represents the true, in hand color I could be more helpful.

Maker is unknown but that is definitly an original. The only one with one piece construction that is good that I am aware of.

Jacques, what do you mean? That is for sure a fake!

Unknown as far as I am aware Dave. Jacques could give you a more definite answer on that though. I am sure he will weigh in on this.

Hi Dave, that is a good one. I have a few examples of that type in my files.
