To be clear, this is not minor fraud: the recent eBay auctions from dealsmongol add up to >20K USD. I am aware of a case regarding bazoknowsdeals of 3K USD.
Do we know what was the outcome from those eBay auctions? Did any collectors buy and what happened after the close of the actions?

And the diploma. Note No. 15219 dated 1939. It means that majority of medals was awarded during WW2.
Corect, this medal was awarded for much of the war years. I recall having awarding document dated 1943.

Here's another cavalier of 1st class Partisan Star - General Dobri Terpeshev, commander of Bulgarian partisan movement NOVA (People Liberation Rebel Army).
General Terpeshev received his Partisan Star 1st class in January 1948.

I saw quite a lot of 1st class stars in Bulgarian National museum of military history, unfortunately taking pictures is forbidden. I presume that the most of the Bulgarians received this order on the Syrmian Front where they fought together with Yugoslav and Soviet forces.
Do you happen to know the names of those Bulgarians awarded with 1st class Partisan Star?

In my opinion the two bars look o.k. its possible the top one was polished up with sand-paper at some stage, possibly by a WW1 veteran, to make it stand out.

BTW - Turtucaia bar is very rare, as that battle was one of the biggest defeats for Romanian army during WWI and they wanted to forget about it as soon as possible. As such - many award document and bars were destroyed, very few survived...

Yes, I am aware of missing device. But I decided to keep it the way it is, thinking that the General lost the device while wearing the bar. It adds some character to it.

This is actually his ID, sort of like military ID which proves that he was awarded with Bravery order.
Award document should be large format paper that bestowes award on him.
Note the date in the ID - 1949, while Bravery order was given in 1944-1945, so the ID book was issued long after the Barvery was bestowed.
