    5. Hello everyone, I wanted to ask for some help please. My great grandfather name was Ernst Hoffstadt, he was born in Borbeck and he participated in WW1 and he appears mentioned on the following link. I know he was part of the 135th German Infantry in 1915 and at some point he was wounded. He is also mentioned again in 1918 as wounded, but I'm not sure if at this point he was still part of the 135th German Infantry or another group. Could someone please help me try and find this? I believe he was also decoration 3 times, based on what my father told me, he saw the medals, but they where lost in time and I didn't know what the decoration might be. Any recommendation where I can find any of this information please? https://des.genealogy.net/eingabe-verlustlisten/search?lastname=hoffstadt&firstname=Ernst&value01=&value02=&value03=&value04=&value05=&value06=&value07=&value09=&pageValue01=&pageValue02=&pageName=&search=Search He also appears here http://www.denkmalprojekt.org/2008/vl_ir_135_offiziere_wk1.htm I would truly appreciated any help or information on this. Thanks so much. Luis Hoffstadt
