    2. right.... alive 1935. the first blue ribbon is the typical blue of prussian crown order or W?rttemberg Friedrichorder, on the picture it looks darker blue than in reality...

    4. this IS the africa-clasp for the SEHO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no other possibility with these two shown medal bars, both before ww1, it must be the africa-clasp!!! Great to see this one in wear.... are there better scans of these pictures possible Andreas?
    5. Hello.................. oh yes, there are some news!!!! But because I do not know exactly how much I am allowed to tell (by the police...) I will not say too much................. BUT.........................what I can tell you today is this: 4 of my stolen things were found during a police operation in Hessen, they are in a safe place now in a police office in Germany. Unfortunately I don`t know when I can get them back....can take some years.... One of these is the medal bar of Robert Koehne!!!! One is a medal bar I got from Bob with KO4 + Bulgaria.......and two smaller things Not much but a little beginning...... BUT............ thats not all, and that is the not so good news............some more of my stolen things were found as photos in customs papers of Frankfurt/Main Airport..... they are not longer in germany now, gone by plane............... to: TURKEY !!!!!! The world is big and the life is long, maybe some day everything will return............. that`s all for now, wish me luck!!! Heiko
    6. Oh Jason, I am sorry but I have forgotten to tell you the right medals.... I had another big medal bar that came together with this group but unfortunately along with many other things have been stolen on that very very black 27/11 last year.......... The right medals for your bar is the LD2 medal and the Friedrichorder knight 2 X Should be no problem completing the bar... all the best Heiko
    7. .........and together with their spanish comrades they have a lot of work in this area because every day thousands of marrocain people try to escape to spain and get (illegal) in the country..... and there are a lot of other african people who try to get over Marocco and spain into Europe..... a lot of work for the military, the police and the customs...
    8. Paul, there was a lot of more artillery in this town, but you are not allowed to photograph soldiers and policemen in Marocco - and often they stood near to the artillery... The american quarter is one of the best quarters of Tanger, near to the best hill over the city where the king, the major and some rich arabic men have their houses.... nice and big houses, not to compare with the rest of the city!!! There is a house of Barbara Hutton too...... American quarter:
    9. Thank you very much for the informations about the ship!!!!! I thought that they must be french made but I did not know 100% Paul I don`t know how big and powerful the navy of Marocco is...... I saw some more ships, even smaller than the 2 on the pictures, but no bigger naval forces.... but Marocco has some more harbour cities, maybe there are some more ships.

    14. now we have a french canon from the era of Napoleon III. (I think......), made in Toulouse in the year of 1863 the tourist wanted to stay anonymous....
