Thank you for posting your pics! They look to be beautiful helmets. I especially like your Heer example.

Hello Paul
I collect daggers and Officers tunics and items.
I started collecting back in the late 80's.
I belong to about 6 forums, but i only post at 2 of them ( well now three ).
Who owns this site anyway? it look allot like another one.
Nick(I do not know his last name) is listed as the Chairman.
I would love to see some of your stuff! Please do post some pics!

Hi!
It seems as if the prices have risen slightly. I dont think that the demand for these items has risen too much over the past couple of decades. Although, it did take German WW2 items three decades to become something collectable! Thank you for your compliments!
Best regards

I can identify with you on more than one level. I am a member of two forums(This being one of them). Sometimes, even that is more than enough.
The prices out there these days are just crazy. I started collecting TR back in 2002 and I thought that prices were bad then!!!
What did you collect before?
What type of cloth are you interested in collecting?

Stogieman would best answer this question, yet the price would depend upon many variables such as the awards represented, researchablity, and ect.
No pun intended, but it is not so much the size that matters... it is the content.
Just my two cents

This is the First East German Hero Grouping I have ever seen! Are there any photos of the gentleman?

That is understandable. A couple of years ago, I felt the same way! I have learned to buy from only trusted sources with a lifetime guarantee for authenticity and veterans who were actually there. I bought a lot of things from fellow collectors as well.
But, as you know, no one is 100% right all the time. Always know what you are buying before you buy it. Forums like this and others are also great resources.
Best regards

I read somewhere that these were pretty much inobtainable!!! What would be a fair market price for one?
Nice find guys!!!

Nice stuff, keep it up.
Almost (almost) makes me sorry I gave up uniforms due to storage space (= wife) problems.
Hope your posts survive the server upgrade.
Ed
Actually, mine wants me to do the same. Instead of buying new items, she wants me to sell of some of my DDR items to buy TR items.
I hope that my posts survive too!!!
