Baghdadi2007 replied to sabrigade's topic in Middle East & Arab States
Hello William, It's So Nice Collection, Never seen before like as it , very close to be complete collection if swords & other CWM + RCSM are added to the collection. Good Luck & keep in touch. thanks for photosharing with the members here. -
They Are Strling Silverware with two first Arabic letters from two words: first "F" from " Faisal " & second "Gh" from "Ghazi" as know the last king of Iraq was: Faisal Ghazi Faisal bin Alhussain bin Ali of Hejaz. So nice pieces, but a very large collection of Silverwares include: Cup Holders, bowles, knives, Spoons and more. All the collection was stolen from "Al-Zohoor Royal Palace" by Iraqi theives + American soldiers ". A very bad Theft happened in the history of Iraq !!!!!!!!!! Cheers

Unknown Arabic Medal Possible Iraqi Kingdom Medal
Baghdadi2007 replied to a topic in Middle East & Arab States
hello i think the crown either refers to Iraqi or Jordanian Kingodoms because the shape of crown in both countries has the same design. At anyway its not Iraqi military or civil medal and seems to be for local festivals like sports or others. Thanks. -

Baghdadi2007 replied to sabrigade's topic in Middle East & Arab States
Very Nice collection & worth so much today because some very rare pieces from Iraq are open-priced today. Thanks for photosharing with us & with my greetings. -
This cap is exactly for Iraqi previous president Saddam Hussein, see the red line is a part from the insignia (2nd part of insgnia is included in elleptical shape). A beautiful cap really. thanks
-
seems to be so nice cap, but For Iraqi navy corps , also its for the [revious President Saddam Hussein and Im afraid this is plunder from Iraq !!!!, since the insignia shown is for the highest office rank "moohib Rukon" = The General Leader of Iraqi Army = 2 swords + 2 leafs + others. Regards.
