Does anyone have any idea about number of awards for this cross ?
I think the number must be low, but I don't have found a number...
Thank you !

Thank you !That is nice...
I am guessing the war merit cross is the scarcer of the bunch?
Yes of course !
I think the Reuss War merit cross is one of the rarest merit cross...
Yes, I needed a lot of time to understand the succession of all princes of Reuss...If you were a Prince of Reuss and you had a son you didn't have to worry about working out what to call him, daughters must have been a pain.
One can imagine the family schloss, " can you stop doing that Heinrich, no not you Heinrich LXXVIII but you Heinrich LXXXIV"

Now, I can show you all the Reuss awards for WW1 :
On this picture, you can see :
- The war merit cross, boxed.
- The 3rd class cross, with X, of the cross of honour order, also boxed.
- The medal for devoted service in wartime.
- EKII and silver medal with swords (cross of honour order)
- Silver medal (peacetime) of the cross of honour order.
Now, I have to search variations of the cross of honour order !

Some different maker have done the same box, like in this post :

But there is also other design box :

I also use cut out to have uniform colour on the background, or making arrangement...
For example :
1/ the first picture (after framing) :
2/ After cut out and white background application :
3/ Then after doing same operation with the close box, I can gather the 2 pictures on a unique one :
I have preserved the original hight resolution, so I can zoom in, and still have a good quality :

Thank you for comments !
No, I don't use any special equipment for photographs : a good camera (12 millions pixels), a white paper, and a natural light (and camera's flash).
With these hight resolution pictures, I can rework pictures (framework mainly) with software...
