OK, maybe I just confuse easily ("Guilty as changed, M'Lord"), but the F 20/F 21 Auxiliary Brigade of Police awards have me right fully confused. Almost no trwo seem to be identical:

1- F 20, pretty much "textbook", pinback.

2- F 21, pretty much "textbook", pinback.

3- F 21 variant, but close, pinback.

4- F 21 variant, not close, screwback.

5- F 21 variant, not close, pinback.

6- F 21 variant, not close, pinback.

Here's an obviousl Police NIB if ever you saw one? Maybe too much advice from the Americans?

About the Glory 3cl I am still very sceptical, as a pointed out at the other thread.

Honestly, me too. Shall seek that specific reference. But it said, clearly, "Order of Glory".

Unlike the OPW, it was not linked completely to the GPW, but I (too) will need some convincing to see the Glory as much of a post-GPW award.

It might be interesting to try and trace Lt-Col Shubin? (Who also got the Order of Personal Courage and Medal of Combat Service!)

Agreed totally. While I have references to some awards of the Glory in Afghanistan, the only way to know is to do research. The best way to go wrong is to believe the dealers and get hormonally caught up in their conjuring of myths.
