That ribbon looks like "Baden" to me.
I?ve seen a Waffenring- cross just short time ago on a medal bar wiht a plain green ribbon.

ach ja, Hohenzollern...
BTW here is a silver-gilt Godet Hohenzollern knight without swords.
Awarded ca. 24 times in WW1- this was awarded to Ernst Vollbehr; the war painter of the Army Group Crown Prince.

Hi Guys,
I?m new here and want short to introduce myself.
Maybe some of You know me from the WAF whre I moderate the Imperial Forum.
I was away the whole summer in Bosnia "for an upgrade of my fruit salad" and a good relative brought me in here. Since nearly 5 years I?m in good contact with the "evil twins" and I?m a far "cousin" of them.... but a good one....
I?m 32 years old, married, have 2 children and I earn my bread in the German Air Force where I serve now as Master Sergeant in Defense Region Commande in Potsdam.
My main collecting interests are German medal and ribbon bars and the ID of them.
I hope we will have a good time here.
Best regards

Unfortunately no Reu? rolls around...I?m down to around 100 possible guys. HOH3X, RM, BZ3bXE - combo is the clue. I?m just not sure if it is enough for a hard ID.
Best regards

Easily possible. He still did not have 25 years in service in 1914 so he had to wait for his XXV until the early 20ies.
BMV4X (Lt to Captains level) can be a colonial one with the upgraded M1913 war ribbon or a WW1 award.
Traceable? MAYBE, but I?m not sure.

The Star of Brabant is really a rare one!!!
This is the exact 2nd ribbon bar with one of them and the first one with a crown I see.
if You do not mind, may I use the pic for my ribbon bar project?????
