    4. Once again to Harold Ralph Mazza (* 15.11.1912). He was born in California. In the Social Death Index is an Harold Mazza. He was born on 15.11.1911 and died in June 1956. Could it be the same person ??

    7. What is with John Arthur Leppla (* 07.05.1916) ?? I´m not sure if he died in 1945. Is there an list online with the US casualties in Wolrd War Two ? An list like the Social Death Index ?
    8. Oh, sorry. I was too fast. The Social Death Index begins in the 1960´s. I´ve found in another source that Jensen died on 06.06.1949.
    9. The next double recipient I´ve found is Hayden Martin Jensen (* 30.01.1911) If he is really still alive than he is older than age 100. He was a fighter pilot with totaly 5 air victories.

    17. How many Navy Cross recipients from World War 2 are still alive as today ? Perhaps we can find some names ? I´ve 11 possible recipients. I will start with the multiple recipients. 8 persons were awarded with the Nacy Cross for four times. For one I can´t find an death date. It is Harold Ralph Mazza (* 15.11.1912). Is he still alive ? 53 persons were awarded with the Navy Cross for three times. For three of them I can´t find death dates. Benjamin Gifford Preston ( * 16.12.1913) Stanley Winfield Vejtasa ( * 27.07.1914) Noel Arthur Meredyth Gayler ( * 25.12.1913) I know Gayler is still alive. What is with Preston and Vejtasa ??     19. Sorry for my only few words at the beginning of this topic. I´m very interested in the Air Force Cross and his recipients. I collect all dates which I can find. A lot of dates are missing. And perhaps another one can help me. For exemplare I´m on the search for some dates of birth: Charles L. Brown, all I know is the year 1922 Russell M. Hunt, all I know is the year 1946 William C.     21. There are two men with the name Eibenstein with the St. Henry. Rudolf and Benno Eibenstein. I think they must be brothers, because they have the same place of birth. And the men in the pic could be brothers, ...
    22. Thanks Stefan ! This was the reason I?ve said Heydenreich was an artillery man. This is all what we know: The pic was made in Chemnitz after March 1918 and it shoes an Infantry Major.
