Gentlemen, I received a picture of a Japanese lieutenant colonel. Can somebody read his name on the back side? First kanji might be: "dai" or "oo" Second kanji: ? Third kanji: "naga" like in Nagasaki. Thanks in advance and best regards, Falk

Gents, A friend of mine offers me a Japanese decoration. I assume, that this is kind of fire fighter award? I only can read the second and the third line: (2nd line) "12th October Showa 31 (1955)" (3rd line) "2nd General Meeting of national fire brigade" Can anybody help me with the first line and the two kanji?
