      Ok. Now something absolutely new. As we know two divisions. Standing lion = military Incumbent lion = civil Foreigners were awarded only with civil division on green ribbon. Now we have firm evidence that this rule doesn`t hold water (unfortunately the name of this cavalier is unknown to me) The lion is standing!
