2nd class Imperial Tour Commemorative Medal (a.k.a. "medal with the flag") in silver (issued to commemorate Emperor Yung hui tour in 1909). Silver went to nobles and commoners… The medal is rare... The box is mega rare!!!!!!!! Frankly, this is the first time I see the box for this medal Obverse
