    1. Variation 2 “Red star” With and in the box (box inscription unreadable)
    2. Variation 1 “White star” No pictures of the box, but those who so it say that the lid reads “White Star Badge”. Obverse
    3. These heart-shape badges … What are they? What for? Some say they could be some sort of military alliance badges.... Others say that they are some sort of volunteer doctor group badges… Nope. I don’t think so. But let’s take a close look at different variations of these elegant badges. There are at least four different variations of this badge.
    4. Obverse (one star is missing and enamel chips … this piece must be really old )
    5. And another beauty that was described as “Kuomintang cloud magic medal blue sky white clouds army warlords medal”. A little bit tangled “not for beginners” description!
    6. Full palette of colors (seven!) + clean hands of seller
    7. And another portion of these quasi rare beauties. Straight from eBay. Piping hot! First will be this (direct quote!) "Republic of china Yuan Shih-kai martial attire Hongxian era Warlords scuffle” Yummy! Let’s take a look!!!
    8. And another memorabilia piece - this time it is belt buckle.
    9. In conclusion very interesting door plaque with early wound badge (superimposed and enamelled red) and inscription “Great Japan Wounded Soldier Association Member” (same plaque could be found in Paul’s book at page 152).
    10. Comparison (with specimen from # 161 post) of obverses.
    11. And another small round white enamel badge. Variation of one we’ve already seen in post # 161 Obverse/Reverse
    12. As we see the kanji above the pin Kotobuki (Celebration!) is the same, but the inscription under the pin is different and I don’t have the translation for it… The last raw is practically the same “? Japan Wounded Soldier Association Foundation” (only branch name info is added?)
    13. Comparison of reverses (new specimen vs. specimen from post #192)
    14. Comparison of obverses (new specimen vs. specimen from post #191)
    15. Let’s come back to the badges. Another oval badge in white enamel (this one looks very much like specimen that Miro showed couple of months ago (post # 141). Here it is.
