Yes, the serial number looks a little bit eccentrico, but I don't see any signs of lamatura and scrittura is in line (more or less) with usual handwriting madness in 90xxx-350xxx diapason.

62 000 medals were made in Moscow by Moscow Cooperative of Artists (usually its name can be found on the missing original screw plate)

Unfortunately (as per today) these are unresearchable ...

Serial number on the screw flange - nice touch

Khmel, Suvorov and Kutuzov are fakes

RB 2nd awarding is original piece (made by Moscow mint in 1951)
